Browse the menu and add your items to cart. Choose your preferred pickup or delivery date and time slot, then complete payment by scanning the DuitNow QR and sending us your order on WhatsApp. On your chosen day, we'll let you know once it's ready - head to Fino Coffee to collect, or arrange a third-party delivery service.
It depends on the item:
Everything is baked fresh for your date. The calendar only offers dates that meet the notice for whatever is in your cart, so a mixed order follows the longest one.
This usually happens when a product is unavailable, or the notice we need has already passed:
We may be able to accommodate last-minute requests - message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Message us on WhatsApp at least 48 hours before your collection or delivery time. We'll do our best to accommodate a change or a cancellation, though acceptance is at our discretion - and once your order has been prepared, it can no longer be changed, rescheduled or refunded.
We take payment online, by local bank transfer or DuitNow. At checkout, scan the DuitNow QR or transfer to the account number shown, then attach your receipt so we can confirm the order.
Definitely. Whether it's a big order, something custom, or dessert tables and gift boxes for an occasion, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you plan it.
You can collect your order at our cafe, Fino Coffee - 59, Jalan Ramin 2, Bandar Botanic, 41200 Klang, Selangor.
We'll message you on WhatsApp on your collection day to let you know it's ready. If you haven't heard from us yet, don't worry - your order will be ready for you at your selected time slot.
Once you receive our “ready for pickup” message, you're welcome to collect your order anytime during our operating hours.
Absolutely - please book a car (not a motorbike) to prevent damage during transit, and share the order number and name with your driver for a smooth pickup. To keep cakes intact, they should travel on a flat, level surface (the floor of the car is best - never on a seat!) with the air-con turned up.
We'll aim to deliver within the time slot you chose, but we can't promise an exact time inside it. Traffic and the driver's route for the day are outside our control.
For high-rise units and malls, the recipient collects from the lobby or the building's drop-off point. We'll remind the driver to call ahead so you can agree on a meeting point before they arrive.
Yes - changing the address or the timing may incur an extra charge, set by the driver. It also depends on whether the driver is able and willing to accommodate the change.
Your name, or the digital receipt saved when you placed the order - either one lets the team hand it over without a wait.
Selected areas across the Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur. Enter your address at checkout and we'll tell you right away whether we reach you, and what the delivery fee is.
While we're not Halal-certified, we prioritise Muslim-friendly ingredients and operate in a pork-free kitchen. Our products are also alcohol-free unless stated otherwise.
Most of our products contain allergens such as eggs, dairy, sugar and gluten, so please exercise caution if you have specific dietary needs. Please also note that nuts and gluten are handled in our kitchen, which may pose a risk to individuals with allergies. Reach out to us if you'd like to know more.
Our baked goods all contain dairy and eggs, so they are suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans.
Not at the moment - we don't have any gluten-free options.
About Us
Founded by two sisters with very different paths but one shared passion - baking. The elder sister Q, a Finance graduate; and the younger sister Y, a Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia alumna, both simultaneously found comfort and creativity in the kitchen as we grew up baking together with our mom.
What began as a simple hobby at home slowly grew into a passion - creating timeless desserts that spark joy and put smiles on people's faces. As true dessert lovers ourselves, we understand what makes each bite satisfying - and that's why every creation is made with sincerity and quality ingredients.
Our humble journey began in 2019, right in the midst of the MCO. What started as a small dream has now blossomed into something much greater. Of course, the road hasn't been without twists and turns. The business paused twice as our elder sister pursued her studies abroad, yet every pause only deepened our determination to return stronger.
In 2023, we did just that - reviving our online dessert shop and opening Fino Coffee with our brother, a cozy cafe located in Bandar Botanic Klang. Guests can now savour our signature tarts and cakes alongside comforting food and coffee, all prepared by the three siblings.
Stepping into our 6th year, we look back with immense gratitude for every bit of love, support, and kind words that has fueled us along the way. Through every chapter of this journey, our purpose has stayed the same - to share the simple joy of desserts made from the heart 💗
