Collection
Collect from Fino Coffee, 59 Jalan Ramin 2, Bandar Botanic, 41200 Klang, Selangor, in the time slot you choose at checkout. Give your name or show the digital receipt saved when you ordered, and the team will hand it over.
We message you on WhatsApp on your collection day to say it is ready. If you have not heard from us, your order will still be waiting at your chosen slot.
Where we deliver
Selected areas across the Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur. Enter your address at checkout and we will tell you straight away whether we reach you and what the delivery fee is.
What delivery costs
The fee depends on the distance from our kitchen in Bandar Botanic:
- Up to 8 km - RM9
- 9 to 14 km - RM13
- 15 to 19 km - RM15
- 20 to 24 km - RM20
- 25 to 29 km - RM28
- 30 km and beyond - from RM33, shown at checkout
Delivery slots between 5pm and 8pm on weekdays cost RM8 more. Delivery fees increase during peak hours (5pm to 8pm) on weekdays due to high demand and heavy traffic.
Delivery times
We aim to deliver within the slot you chose, but we cannot promise an exact time inside it - traffic and the driver's route for the day are outside our control. Changing the address or the timing after the order is placed may incur an extra charge set by the driver, and depends on whether the driver can accommodate it.
How much notice we need
- Sliced cakes - next day
- Mini tarts - next day, if ordered by 3pm the day before
- Whole cakes - 48 hours
- Whole tarts - 72 hours

Sending your own courier
You are welcome to. Please book a car rather than a motorbike, share the order number and name with your driver, and ask for cakes to travel on a flat, level surface with the air-con turned up.
