1. HOW TO ORDER?

Step 1: Browse the products & select your desired products.
Step 2: Add to cart, finalize your order, and choose your preferred date and time to pick up.
Step 3: Complete the payment, and your order will be sent to us.
Step 4: On your chosen day, a ready-to-pick up notification will be sent to you. You may head to Fino Coffee, or arrange a third-party delivery service (use a car!) to pick up your order.

2. CAN I PLACE A SAME-DAY COLLECTION ORDER?

We may be able to accommodate last-minute requests. Please contact us directly and we will do our best to make it happen!

3. WHY CAN'T I SELECT A SPECIFIC DATE OR TIME?

This happens when a product is unavailable or the ordering window has closed. Please note that our daily cut-off time is 5:00pm for next-day orders.

WHERE IS THE PICKUP LOCATION?

You may pick up your order at our cafe, Fino Coffee. The address is: 59, Jalan Ramin 2, Bandar Botanic, 41200 Klang, Selangor.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP?

You will receive an email notification on your collection day. If you haven’t received it yet, don’t worry—your order will be ready for you at your selected time slot.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER EARLIER OR LATER THAN THE SCHEDULED TIME?

Once you receive the "Ready for Pickup" email, you are welcome to collect your order anytime during our operating hours.

CAN I USE A THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE FOR COLLECTION?

Absolutely, please ensure you book a car (not a motorbike) to prevent damage during transit. Please provide your driver with the order number and name to ensure a smooth pickup. ⚠️ IMPORTANT TRANSPORTATION TIP: To keep your cake perfect, it must be transported on a flat, level surface (the floor of the car is best—never on a seat!) with the AC turned on high.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MUSLIM-FRIENDLY?

While we are not Halal-certified, we prioritize using Muslim-friendly ingredients, and we operate in a pork-free kitchen. Our products are also alcohol-free unless specifically stated otherwise.

ARE YOUR CAKES SUITABLE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Most of our products contain allergens such as eggs, dairy, glutens, and nuts; therefore, those with specific dietary needs should exercise caution. Please reach out to us if you require more detailed information.

WHY DO YOUR PRICES REFLECT A PREMIUM QUALITY?

Our pricing reflects our commitment to using only premium ingredients that align with our philosophy of creating authentic, high-quality baked goods. We believe in providing exceptional taste and health benefits that our customers deserve.

WHAT KIND OF BUTTER DO YOU USE IN YOUR BAKES?

We use real butter instead of margarine. Unlike margarine, which is heavily processed and contains artificial additives and trans fats, real butter is minimally processed, contains natural fats that are easily digested, and includes essential fat-soluble vitamins.

DO YOU USE DAIRY OR NON-DAIRY CREAM?

We use dairy cream to ensure a richer texture and authentic taste. Dairy cream is naturally free from artificial additives and unhealthy fats, whereas non-dairy creams often contain palm oil and high levels of trans fats.

WHAT TYPE OF CHOCOLATE DO YOU INCORPORATE INTO YOUR RECIPES?

We use dark chocolates. These are selected for their higher cocoa content and lower sugar levels compared to standard milk chocolates, providing a deeper flavor profile.

WHAT ARE THE STORAGE TIPS FOR YOUR TARTS AND CAKES?

To maintain quality, please follow these steps:

• Avoid Sunlight: Do not expose products to direct sunlight or leave them at room temperature for more than one hour.
• Refrigerate: Upon receiving, refrigerate (2°C to 6°C) for at least 20–30 minutes before serving.
• Shelf Life: Items are best enjoyed on the day of purchase but can last up to 2 days in the chiller.
• For tarts, it is very important to avoid sealing or humid spots (eg. moisture-heavy fridge/airtight containers) to preserve crispness.
