Between the chocolate chiffon layers, we have dark chocolate ganache, pistachio feuilletine & crushed pistachios, whipped pistachio ganache, and chocolate chantilly. and nama chocolate (生巧).

The toppings of the cake feature dark chocolate ganache drips and whipped pistachio cream, while the center showcases our nama chocolate cubes made in house – a silky Japanese chocolate ganache with a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
